Our team of listings experts will create and maintain a master spreadsheet that includes every scrap of your location information: address, phone number, website, logos, social media URLs, hours, location photos, etc. This spreadsheet is formatted and distributed to different aggregators, who make your information available to over 250 websites including Google, Bing, Apple Maps, MapQuest, Yelp, and more.
If your locations do not already have listings on the sites of your choice, we’ll create them and work with the site to obtain verification. Locations that already have listings will be manually claimed and, ultimately, optimized. This reassures to your customers that the information is correct. Claiming sites include Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, and Facebook.
Oftentimes, businesses already have existing listings – whether you’re aware or not. This is a problem because not only could the information be incorrect, there could be multiple listings for the same location with incorrect information. That’s where duplicate removal comes in; we work to ensure every location only has one listing and eliminate the rest.
Once your listings are claimed and created, we’ll ensure the accuracy of the information; if you need a new phone line, or update your domain, we’ll make sure the listing reflects that. In the case we do find errors in our accuracy audits, we’ll suggest the appropriate changes. Because Google thinks it’s always right, our pull as an agency goes a long way in fixing these issues quickly.

This report examines each listing on designated sites to check for any possible errors. We look for accuracy in business name, address, phone number, and linked URL to help us determine which listings need correcting. These reports are completed on a quarterly basis.
Review Monitoring reports pull reviews from major search engines and social websites monthly. These reports show total number of reviews, average rating, top performing locations, and more. Review responses are also included in the reporting process.
Data is collected for each location in the Google My Business dashboard to view how listings are performing. Map views, click-to-call, website clicks, customer searches, and more are included with each report. Reports are delivered monthly.
