Case Study: Increased Social Visitors by 182%


A B2C client needed help increasing traffic from Social Media. We optimized their social profiles by adding an about us section, product information, contact information, and company history. We also redesigned their cover photos and established a presence on popular photo-sharing sites.


We consulted the client on messaging strategies and helped implement three custom Facebook tabs including a location finder, refer-a-friend, and an events calendar. We launched a successful Facebook contest and uploaded location photos to the photo sharing profile we had created. The photos included location name and description, a contact number, and links back to their location finder on their website.


In six months, the client received over 1,100 visits to their website from Social Media, a 182% increase from the previous six months. The photo sharing profile accounted for nearly 50% of that traffic. The traffic was extremely qualified and resulted in a 0% bounce rate.
